Job Description
We are now looking for a Junior Procurement Fulfillment Assistant for our client, a global technology leader focusing on telecommunication networks, digital power, and ICT solutions.
Responsibilities
Perform basic execution tasks with low complexity and high certainty in accordance with standard processes and work instructions. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of individual work:
- Create, change, and cancel POs, inspect returned items, create foreign trade contracts, manage overdue/long-overdue POs, and track PO delivery.
- Handle prepayment applications, payment deductions, claims against suppliers.
- Participate in CEG-led supplier performance/portfolio evaluations (the delivery part) and create Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
