Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Purchasing Department at The Pacha Group’s Headquarters in coordinating procurement activities for raw materials, semi-finished products, kitchenware and operational services.
- Requests quotations from suppliers and supports negotiations on pricing, quantities and purchasing conditions in line with procurement policies.
- Identifies alternative suppliers and potential product opportunities to strengthen supplier networks and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Assists in analysing purchasing data and proposes cost optimisation opportunities across suppliers and product categories.
- Tracks purchase orders and monitors delivery schedules to ensure timely order reception.
- Supports stock monitoring and inventory control to maintain appropriate supply levels and operational continuity.
