Junior Producer

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Junior Producer at alice. You will support the production team in managing video projects from concept to delivery.

This role is designed for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive—with a focus on developing key skills in project coordination and management, client communication, and problem‑solving. Under the guidance of the producer team, you will gain hands‑on experience in production workflows, budgeting, and stakeholder management, preparing you to take on greater responsibilities over time.
