Junior Production Manager
A Junior Production Manager position at a leading FMCG Home and Personal Care concern to manage and lead the manufacturing functions and responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of the industrial production processes.
The Production Manager shall provide strategic and operational inputs for effective and efficient asset management of the site in line with best practice and manufacturing principles.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Manage the KPA’s of subordinates including the management of all production departments.
- Oversee production processes and lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
