- A Degree / diploma in Production / Agricultural qualification
- Previous vegetable farming experience advantageous
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
