MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Oversee all daily operations of the factory from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximise responsible planning and management of resources, safety, quality and productivity.
RESPONSIBLITIES Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the factory Plan, organise, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment Increase production, assets capacity, utilisation and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards Develop and execute the factory manufacturing budgets Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time despatch Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to p...
