Job Title: Junior Production Supervisor – Sharjah, UAE
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production operations while driving quality, safety and team performance.
- Oversee all production operations, including raw material (RM) store.
- Guide and direct workforce; assign tasks and provide instructions.
- Ensure product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systems.
- Train manpower and ensure proper job allocation.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure equipment checks.
- Coordinate with Production Planner for timely batch planning and delivery.
- Manage ERP transactions for stock transfer/posting.
- Enforce fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting Team.
- Control departmental costs, including overtime (OT).
