Responsibilities
- Develop and manage infrastructure designs and short-term mine plans for borrow and rock pits.
- Analyze and interpret mine plans to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
- Conduct tailings facility inspections and monitoring activities.
- Monitor groundwater instrumentation, surface monuments, and water balance systems.
- Participate in annual external tailings management audits.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly work plans and schedules.
- Supervise and conduct survey work to support project planning and execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
- Respond to technical inquiries and resolve engineering‑related issues.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering procedures, policies, and practices.
