Job description

Provides Safe Products and a Safe Workplace:

Apply Lotus quality and food safety standards in production facilities.

Promote and follow Quality & Safety Standards to protect people, products, and assets.

Ensure compliance with Lotus and local safety standards, escalating risks when required.

Implement facility and workplace standards in line with security and regulatory requirements.

Support risk assessment and change management processes for all projects.

Efficiently Converts Raw Materials into Finished Goods:

Support the execution of capital projects, including resource and timeline planning.

Coordinate contractors and third-party resources while managing project risks.

Support sustainability initiatives focused on energy reduction and renewable energy usage.

Assist CVS activities through validation runs, data collection, and commercialization support.
