Job Description
- Makeoutbound calls to provided leads and qualify prospects
- Identify customer interest and eligibility using approved scripts
- Address basic customer questions and transfer qualified leads to senior salesstaff
- Accurately update call outcomes in the CRM
- Maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards
