Job Description

SA - Western Cape, MilnertonOur client, based in Milnerton, Cape Town, is seeking a motivated Junior Quality Supervisor with 1–2 years of industry experience to assist with quality inspections, site measurements, and ensuring high standards across waterproofing and construction projects.Minimum requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Relevant qualification in Building Construction, Waterproofing, Civil Construction, Quality Management, or a related field

  • 1–2 years' experience in a quality or site supervision role within the construction or waterproofing industry

  • Valid driver's licence

  • Own reliable transport

  • Good understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods

  • Computer literate (MS Office)

  • Good communication and reporting skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
