Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle taking‑off quantities and measurements from drawings and site works, mainly for structural elements.
- Prepare and manage progress claims and variation orders for both subcontractors and clients.
- Assist in subcontractor price analysis, tender analysis, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation (pre and post tender).
- Verify site progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims with project/site teams.
Remuneration
MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,000 (Fresh Graduate with Internship experience)
