About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor
(Renovation& Interior Fit-Out)
to support our renovation and interior fit-out projects. You will be involved in tender preparation, cost control, procurement coordination, and project close-out, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders. Responsibilities Tender Stage Prepare competitive cost estimates and tender submissions within client budgets and timelines Conduct competitor and industry cost analysis and regularly review the company Schedule of Rates Follow up with clients on tender submission status and update the Quotation List regularly Work closely with the Business Development and QS teams to review and prioritise tender opportunities Project Stage Prepare and submit material Purchase Requisitions via ERP system Coordinate with Project Managers and procurement teams to ensure purchases align with project budget and schedule Liaise with insurance companies regarding coverage requirements a...
