You will work alongside experienced brokers, receive structured mentorship, and be given the tools and leads to build your own book of business. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation- Proactively generate leads through networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers and landlords.
- Follow up on inbound enquiries from property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) in a timely and professional manner.
