Role Overview:
The Junior Recruiter supports the recruitment team in managing the hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining confirmation.
