The Opportunity
- 4monthscontract atChangiBusiness Park (maternity cover)
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure uninterrupted delivery of SGCBWMOrisk governance activities.
- Maintain and update critical risk governance artefacts (incident/error logs, risk register, action trackers, KRIs/MIs) with accurate records and a clear audit trail.
- Proactively follow up with Line Ops owners on outstanding issues/actions, flag slippages early and escalte overdue/high-risk items to management for timely resolution.
- Prepare and quality-check weekly/monthly reporting packs and meeting materials (RCSAprogress, incidents, key risk themes), ensuring data integrity and on-time submission.
- Coordinate governance forums/working sessions: schedule meetings, consolidate inputs, take minutes, and track decisions/actions through to closure.
