Job Description
- Contacting and following up on leads generated by our Marketing team.
- Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
- Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team.
Qualifications
- Native‑level English, additional EU languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work towards targets (no prior experience required).
- Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
