Job Description
- Provide all-round clerical and administrative support to sales team
- Handle enquiries through email/phone in a professional and responsive manner
- Conduct warm calls to existing customers for follow-up and potential opportunities
- Review and check with loan application documents complying with the company policies
- Prepare contracting documents, corresponding paper work, and support contract signing session
- Monitor loan amount transaction and follow-up with relevant parties when necessary
- Prepare various reports and letters as per required
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, HKQF Level 4 or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year sales support and administrative working experience is highly preferred;
- Knowledge of sales or credit approval operations is an advantage, but not mandatory;...
