- Transact with customers, products and services of the bank that is designated to BDC
- Proactive with a positive and active sales approach to delivering the products and services at the BDC.
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers’ complaints and issues
- Work as a team at the BDC, with the Supervisor and Acting Supervisor’s guidance to increase sales and achieve revenue target
- Actively involved in the cross-product sales activities of the Bank’s products and services that have been approved for cross selling at the BDC.
- Back Office and Administration (where applicable / required):
- Update daily trading rates
- Ensuring reconciliation and submission carried out by the stipulated timeline
- Perform housekeeping and ensure proper management and control of documents. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information....
