- Monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Identify and report system alerts promptly.
- Respond to incidents as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain logs, reports, and basic documentation of security events.
- Coordinate with senior operators, vendors and follow up with vendor for case closure.
- Decent English communication.
