Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation & Technical Support - Install, program, repair, and maintain electronic chemical dosing equipment
- Install soap dispensers and chemical dosing systems across laundry, kitchen, food processing, and housekeeping environments
- Service commercial laundry machines, dishwashers, glasswashers, and crate washers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on-site
Customer Service & Training - Conduct client training and ensure all training documentation (registers, certificates, etc.) is completed and submitted
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Provide prompt and professional service support to customers
- Offer after-hours emergency support when required
- Assist with customer deliveries when necessary
Reporting & Administration
