THIS POST IS SECONDMENT FOR 10 MONTHS DUE TO MATERNITY COVER
An exciting opportunity for a experienced Band 5 to gain valuable experience, skills and knowledge as a Band 6 . The post would also suit an existing Band 6 to broaden their skills and experience.
You will need to be patient focussed and passionate about ensuring patients receive safe, high quality care. You need to be able to inspire and lead the team, with highly visible compassionate leadership, demonstrating the values of the health board.
There is a requirement for you to support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the ward. You will have some line management responsibilities in conjunction with clinical responsibilities.
