Ardingly ward cares for older people who are often frail and general medical patients including those with endocrine conditions. Flexible and part time working patterns will be considered. You will possess good interpersonal, communication skills, IT skills would be an advantage. The ability to maintain a sense of humour is a must. You will need to be committed to working within a team to deliver high quality care and will be able to work well under pressure. Work as part of a team as well as perform well as an individual.
