Job Description
The Junior Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of sites, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security, and timely delivery of services to the required standards. The role requires a customer-focused approach and collaboration with senior management to achieve operational excellence while maintaining industry best practices and adhering to relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Communication: Respond to client communications, provide accurate feedback, attend meetings, and ensure progress on projects is communicated. Uphold the company brand and engage in upselling services. Site Management: Ensure site maintenance aligns with SLAs, conduct site visits, maintain equipment and tools, and enforce health and safety standards.
