The subject matter expert when it comes to developing & engaging communities through social 1:1 engagements + conversation They build relationships in a way that other channels cannot. They will engage with them beyond client's social pages and identifies the best opportunities to feature them on our owned channels. They are quick to spot potential trends and issues in the market and sharing it back to the right stakeholders Manage the client’s social pages, from work closely with social strategist and account leads in assessing and consolidating social content calendar Manage social content publishing for client’s social pages in market through Sprinklr and native social publishing.
