Job Description
Our client is one of the leading hospitality group in UAE, currently hiring a Junior Sommelier for a high-end restaurant in Dubai.
What will you do?
- Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
- Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
- Has impeccable knowledge of wine products in the portfolio
- Recommend food and wine pairings
- Follow HACCP requirements
What are we looking for?
- Certified sommelier or successfully completed equivalent of WSET, Level 2 would be preferable
- Solid knowledge of wines
- Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning restaurant/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East.
