We're hiring: Junior Sous Chef (Hotel)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in food Managing daily kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards
- Oversee kitchen operations in absence of Head Chef
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef de partie or similar role.
- Culinary Qualification
- Strong Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Leadership potential with positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure
