The Head Chef of a recently refurbished, luxury multi outlet spa hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade. The restaurant at the hotel offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes that change with the seasons with classic recipes given modern interpretations prepared using locally grown produce wherever possible. The property is also a popular wedding and conference venue so it is important that you can work well under pressure. This is a great place for chefs to work, a busy kitchen where you will gain lots of experience and training, great perks and well looked after.
Requirements:
A Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie looking for progression who has been working in Hotel kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard ideally to 1AA rosette level.
