Responsibilities
Store Layouts and Space Planning
- Develop and maintain store layouts, floor plans, and planograms for all store formats.
- Allocate space based on product performance, category strategy, and seasonal trends.
- Ensure optimal product adjacencies and logical customer flow within stores.
- Support new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations with detailed space plans.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimisation
- Analyse sales, stock turn, and product performance data to inform space allocation.
- Continuously review and adjust space plans to improve productivity per square metre.
- Monitor category performance and recommend layout changes to maximise profitability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Buying and Operations teams.
