General Description

The Junior Statutory Consultant will support our Fluid Rock Statutory business activities by:

Working closely with the Statutory Team to be proactive in applying their statutory knowledge to Company Secretarial matters in context of current relevant. Ensure that Statutory compliance is maintained for all clients. Collaborative interaction at operational level with the other divisions within Fluid Rock Governance Group.
