Primarily functioning as a Junior Protection and Control engineer for transmission and distribution projects. The candidate should have experience in secondary plant substation detail design and shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing protection and control systems for substations, ensuring reliable and efficient power system operation, and adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. The candidate can be based in the Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town office.

Key Responsibilities Depending on the project brief the candidate shall be able to prepare detailed or functional designs, specifications, bills of quantity and tender documents for substation protection and control systems to internationally accepted standards for clients in Southern Africa and internationally.
