Job Description
Junior Systems Analyst
The Junior Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing support, training, maintenance,
and acting as a liaison between the company and service providers for various information
systems used within our agricultural business. This role will require a deep understanding of
the systems, as well as the ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
between internal stakeholders and external service providers. Analyzing and identifying any
gaps within the departments and various systems to be addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support:
Provide first level support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear,
Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now,
Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365, Jotform.
Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
