Our client, a busy and successful plaintiff firm in Houston, is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate with an emphasis on First Party Insurance/Eminent Domain property cases. You will have 2-4 years of litigation experience, plaintiff's or defense. and be able to work up and handle property dispute litigation. Compensation includes a solid base, with the kicker being having skin in the game with a percentage of settlements and verdicts on handled matters.
