Position Summary
The Junior Transformation Officer plays a key role in driving the execution of Group Compliance's transformation agenda. The role focuses on monitoring project progress , following up on key initiatives , and supporting operational teams in the formalisation of documents, deliverables, and governance materials.
Working closely with the Chief of Staff and the leadership team, the Junior Transformation Officer helps ensure that strategic projects are well structured, tracked, and delivered on time . This includes preparing and consolidating content for steering committees and management meetings, running smaller projects or workstreams end-to-end , and contributing to the continuous improvement of methods, templates, and tools.
