JUNIOR UX DESIGNER — CONTRACT

About the Role

Seeking a Junior UX Designer on a long-term contract to support mission-critical digital products for real-time drilling operations. You will embed directly with the UX team, working within an established design system alongside senior designers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver clear, efficient interfaces for field engineers and operations personnel.

What You’ll Do

•Design wireframes, user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes for enterprise web applications

•Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and subject matter experts to translate complex operational workflows into intuitive UI

•Participate in user research, usability testing, and design critiques
