About the role
We are a busy small‑animal clinic with a team of 5 vets and 10 support staff, and we are looking for a motivated Junior Veterinary Nurse to grow with us. You will gain hands‑on clinical experience from day one — working alongside our experienced vets and nurses, learning at pace, and making a genuine difference to every patient and owner you meet.
No prior veterinary experience is required. We offer structured, on‑the‑job training and will invest in your development.
What you will learn and do- Animal handling and patient ward care
- IV catheter placement and blood collection
- IV fluid setup and medication dispensing
- Radiograph and ultrasound positioning
- Surgical assistance and post‑op monitoring
- Client communication and front‑of‑house support
