This is an excellent entry point into the world of enterprise VoIP and cloud communications infrastructure. You will be embedded in a hands‑on platform team and mentored directly by a Senior VoIP Engineer, gaining structured exposure to production‑grade systems - including Wazo E-UC and Asterisk PBX;from day one.
The role is designed to build well‑rounded skills across three pillars: platform observation and monitoring, first‑line support, and participation in scheduled maintenance. You will not be thrown in at the deep end,instead, you will learn methodically, document diligently, and elevate intelligently.
