Job Scope
- Managing visitor services, including check‑in, registration, and host notifications while maintaining reception standards.
- Overseeing access control by issuing, tracking, and retrieving access badges in line with security procedures.
- Handling mail and deliveries, including logging, distribution, and coordination with couriers.
- Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating event set‑up.
- Providing other ad‑hoc support tasks for workplace operation.
- ITE or Diploma Qualification in any field of studies.
- 1 year of experience in Front Office Management or Customer Service positions.
- Front‑facing experience in the hotel or airline industry is highly preferred.
