Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Liaise and collaborate with customers to resolve service issues and provide technical solutions for scientific and analytical equipment such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP systems. Work closely with internal sales and regional technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Perform installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments at customer sites. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a technical advisor. Identify opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts. Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer enquiries. Conduct hands-on training for end users, including scientists, engineers, and distributors.
Requirements
