Senior Advisor – Property and Facilities
Are you an experienced Advisor in the Property and Facilities industry? We’re looking for a passionate Senior Advisor to support our portfolio in Wellington.
Reporting to the Manager, Property and Facilities, the Senior Advisor engages with people at all levels within and outside the Ministry and operates effectively both individually and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee leases as head tenant and sub‑tenant, including rent reviews and renewal rights with the Ministry’s landlords or agents.
- Support the vehicle fleet management function.
- Provide assistance to the Manager, Property & Facilities across a range of key tasks, reporting and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other business partners, including finance, to forecast and support the manager with property costs.
- Coordinate office moves and relocations as required.
