The Shipping Coordinator
Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Senior Shipping Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating international shipments, managing critical documentation, ensuring barcode accuracy, and supporting key projects that keep our supply chain moving efficiently. Your work directly supports Kathmandu’s commercial goals and ensures our products arrive on time, in full, and ready for adventure.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Monitor daily shipment activity (cancelled bookings, date changes, exceptions) and resolve issues with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Act as the key contact for suppliers on shipping queries, RRPs, and troubleshooting
- Confirm freight bookings in LIMA with the Senior Shipping Specialist, optimising space and cost
