KBS Business Controlling Process Manager

The KBS Business Controlling process manager will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing Business controlling processes worldwide and to achieve excellence in Business partnering and to ensure the Finance teams support business with Business controls and Analytics. Position is responsible for implementation of KBS BC vision. This role contributes to driving profitability through efficiency and productivity. Your mission is to eliminate local exceptions, drive operational excellence through automation and standardization of processes. This role ensures that financial activities comply with the KONE Financial Control Model (FCM) and global accounting standards, while providing actionable insights—not just numbers—to enable informed decision-making.
