Key Account Manager – Metsä Tissue
We are looking for two Key Account Managers to join our Commercial Team. The role is located at Metsä Group's head office in Espoo and reports to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow long‑term partnerships with local key accounts and end‑customers.
- Drive profitable sales growth through proactive value‑based selling, strong customer relationships and market‑dynamic understanding.
- Full account management: identify business opportunities, participate in tenders, create offers, pricing decisions and new product placements.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, translate insights into actionable plans and execute the local sales plan.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to deliver high customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
