Job Description
As a Key Account Manager in our Category-Sub Category Team, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our valued sellers. You will play a pivotal role in resolving seller issues, promoting our programs and solutions, and ensuring that sellers optimize their performance on our platform. This role reports into the Category Manager.
- Solutions Architect: Act as the primary point of contact for sellers to address any concerns related to programs, sponsored solutions, campaigns, or logistics; among others.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions to seller issues and ensure prompt resolution.
