- Position: Key Account Manager (Freight Forwarding / IT Logistics)
- Location: Cecil Street - Near Raffles Place MRT
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Salary: Up to $6500 + Performance Bonus (commensurate with experience)

Main Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of IT logistics accounts, covering customer relationships, rates, scope, escalations and account growth.
- Take over assigned accounts from senior team members through a structured handover and act as the customer’s main commercial contact.
- Onboard newly won accounts from the business development team by assigning ownership, introducing the support team and setting up account maintenance plans.
