As a Key Account Manager, you will be the key connection between our clients and internal laboratory teams, helping ensure samples, services and communication are managed smoothly from start to finish. You will support sample receipt, registration, logistics and dispatch, while also driving client engagement and business growth across the Newcastle and Hunter region.
You will play an important part in strengthening existing client relationships, developing new opportunities and promoting SGS services across environmental testing and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted point of contact for key environmental clients across the Newcastle and Hunter region.
- Coordinate sample receipt, registration, labelling, storage, dispatch and logistics to support efficient service delivery.
