- Coordinate across internal teams, including marketing, business development and operations, to achieve merchants’ expectations and maximize performance.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with merchants to ensure high campaign participation and optimization of commercial outcomes.
- Strategically grow merchant revenue with a consultative mix of channels, methods, and by turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Build a strong pipeline for retention and consistently deliver merchant success milestones.
- Foster and grow merchant relationships through consistent engagement and a high‑quality, customer‑centric service level.
