Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure sales targets are met at company, distributor and account levels.
- Defend market share, drive conversions in Blood Culture, Lab Automation, ID/AST, HPV, BDMAX, and explore growth areas within the DS portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market.
- Run high‑quality DS product presentations, instrument demos and evaluations for customer evaluation and conversion.
- Support quotations, tender submissions and proposals as needed.
- Drive post‑install success by working with applications and service teams to drive customer onboarding, training coordination, and service handoffs.
- Liaise with key internal departments and associates and develop cross‑functional contacts critical to business performance.
