Profitability & Commercial Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maintain healthy profit margins while staying competitive.
- Manage P&L, cost structures, and promotional budgets to maximize profitability.
- Secure brand funding for platform promotions, including co‑marketing initiatives, vouchers, installment plans (IPP), and exclusive deals.
- Optimize category performance by analyzing sales data, market trends, and profitability reports.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.
Brand Management & Business Development
- Own brand relationships and ensure alignment with Lazada’s strategic priorities.
