Job Description

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts within the retail sector while driving profitable sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role includes account management, customer service, forecasting, reporting, negotiation, stock management, market research, pricing management, and identifying new business development opportunities.
